"Hope has been amazing from start to finish. My family decided to switch insurance companies, as our old companies rates were sky rocketing. Hope answered all my questions, and on the spot! She made herself available to me during the whole process. Lastly, after switching to Statefarm, we decided to purchase a new car, Hope made the purchase seamless on Statefarms end for us! "So I called today to talk to David about getting my refund back. I was told he was in meetings at nine something.This morning the lady told me that he would call me back. I called him back at four thirty she says still in meetings. been in meetings.All day couldn't take a break.
